Early Morning Pre-Work Blog Obsession

Goodmorning Lovelies!

I have to start work in 20 minutes but I got here early so I was able to peruse the web while drinking my coffee.

I was looking at Elizabeth Messina's blog, Kiss the Groom, (sidenote:  her photographs are to die for/I drool when I look at them, her use of light, SWOON!) and came across a blog she suggested by her friend Hollye Jacobs.

Holy Moly, this blog is great!  It is called The Silver Pen. 

Talk about inspirational...with beautiful words, pictures, thoughts...

I could spend all day on it...but I have to work/help people with heart problems!

Definitely check out the blog...my heart feels a little less bruised because of it....

Pinterest, We Heart It, and Falling asleep

Hey Everyone!

I am tired today...really....really.....really....tired.

So I just thought I would share a secret with you. 

Before I go to bed every night and I have already put my beautiful mac laptop away, I get my phone to set my alarm for work the next day and then sneakily go to We Heart It.

I am definitely a Pinterest girl.  I love making my boards and I get excited when I see new images to pin and when people I don't know pin my pins.

Yet, every night I go to We Heart It, click on the word Love or Beautiful to bring up images related to that and then scroll through some pages.  There are less words and clutter than on Pinterest and I can just look and not think. 

I usually end up falling asleep with a happy heart because the images make me smile.

You should try it. 

Falling asleep to beautiful images is lovely.

Two New Cards on LoveUPaperly and a bit of the nerves

Hello lovelies!

I hope everyone's Monday went spectacularly well!

As I type I am sitting with an icepack on my neck and hoping that I can handle what is about to start in my life.

Meaning:  Two classes, Medical Terminology which is actually going to be fascinating and I will have to update you on all the new meanings of words I am learning, and Microbiology.

As I say Microbiology my stomach starts to churn.  Before my surgery I was smack in the middle of Micro and I was living and breathing it because I wanted that A so badly.  Let me tell you, I had that A but I am nervous that with my neck and working and keeping up with everything I will not have the stamina I did to get the grade I need.

Needless to say, my stomach is currently churning and as Katy Perry say's in her song Friday night, "I think I need a gingerale".

So wish me luck as I am about to go out the door and go to class!

With that I am going to leave you with two new cards I made.  I hope you are all going to etsy to look!
